Having a Business Plan is crucial.

Starting out in business and being consumed by it is something all entrepreneurs have in common, I have certainly been where you are. That’s why I have created this package, so I can make your journey to success less overwhelming and more aligned with you and your business goals. While helping you to develop new skills and acquiring essential knowledge as you go, I will be there every step of the way.

I completed a 11,000-word Business Plan as part of my degree and after I had already set up my first business. It was only when I was a couple of years in and went through a rebrand that I realised just how valuable my Plan was.

Your Business Journey with Me

  • I will work with you to create your own bespoke Business Plan, tailored to your needs.
  • I will provide step-by-step, specific guidance to each section of your Plan, broken down into manageable tasks, helping you to identify how each part of the Plan will help develop your business.
  • Together we will identify essential activities needed to achieve your goals.
  • I will provide 1-2-1 mentoring sessions and become your sounding board, whilst building your confidence and developing your skills.

Outcomes

  • By working through your Business Plan together and focusing on your business objectives, marketing needs, human resources, legal and financial requirements, you will come to understand how each part of your Business Plan will help you on your business journey and bring success in your future goals.

Consultancy

Intensive – 60 minute session:

By working through specific aspects of your business, I will help establish how you move forward. Whether this is helping with the development of your business, how to make your financial resources work for you or helping with setting up your legal entity, my aim is to help you reach the next step and bring your business to life.
